Another service they provide is social science research. Their research addresses many things that have to do with social services including but not limited to government initiatives and civil society organisations from monitoring and evaluation, to opinion surveys and impact assessments. Their research has been used by the government, multinational corporations, NGOs and the international community in their consideration of social issues in South Africa.
